Symptoms

Editing a Special Request requisition blanks out the Due Date that was originally entered while creating the Special Request Requisition


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click on eProcurement Tile
2. Click on Create Requisition
3. Click on Special Requests
4. Enter Item Desc, Price, Qty, Category,  UOM and Due Date.
5. Click Add
6. Click Shopping Cart
7. Click on CheckOut
8. Click on the Schedule button
9. Note that the Due Date is populated with what we entered. Click Done
10. Click on Submit button
11. Requisition 183 is saved. Click on My Requisitions button
12. Click on Actions button for our requisition and select Edit
13. Click on Update Cart. (without making any changes)
14. Click on Qty field.
15. Takes you to the Special Request for the item. Note that the Due Date is
blank. This is the reported issue.
