Symptoms
The tool tip for Add Contact in Maintain Bidder component, Contact Tab does not match the button action, the tool tip says Add Payment.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Maintain Bidders. (Sourcing-->Event Responses-->Maintain Bidder)
2. Search for a Bidder ID and select it
3. Click on the Contacts tab
4. Hover over the Add Contacts button.
