Symptoms

When the user attempts to run the Create/Update Term process (SSR_VB_TERM) for the Tuition Worksheet, the worksheet is created but not data is pulled in.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Main Menu > Records and Enrollment > Enrollment Reporting > Veterans Benefit Reporting > Net Tuition and Fees Setup
2. Retrieve Empl ID 
3. Select 'Use Actual' Radio Button
4. Click on Update Button
