E-CLOUD: Cloud Manager 13 Diagrammatic View is Not Displaying in Any Browser (Doc ID 2848048.1)

Symptoms

In Cloud Manager 13, a blank page appears when attempting to select the Diagrammatic view for any instance from any browsers.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Cloud Manager 13
2. Click Environments Tile
3. Click 'Related Actions' icon from the environment and select Details.
4. Click Instance Name
5. Diagrammatic View Popup window is blank
