It appears the APT does not distinguish several offerings of the same course and does not compare them to the offering numbers in the APT when creating enrollment request.

Two student who have APT items for the same course with different offerings are getting enrolled into the same course when you use APT enrollment for the course.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Classes were created for a term
2. Assign student to their APT:
Studend X has APT with academic Item to offering 1 of a course (APT seq 0002, AIR Item ID xxx, CRSE Nbr xxxx))
Student Y has APT with academic Item to offering 2 of a course (APT seq 0007 , AIR Item ID yyy, CRSE Nbr yyyy)
3. Use APT enrollment and enroll both students at the same time.
Use pop selection query to retrieve the two course. both course show in the results
4. Run the APT enrollment process, note that the students are enrolled in the same course (yyyy)
