EPY: Need Clarifications On Patch 33609698 Of TU 22A - Wage Statement (Doc ID 2848248.1)

Question 1: When we run both Create PDF Paychecks’ (PYCHKUSA) and Print Pay Checks’ (PAYUSCHK) for a particular Run ID, wont both the checkboxes - ‘PDF paychecks’ and ‘Paychecks’ get checked?
Currently whichever process runs the last, overrides the checkbox in wage statement page and only one checkbox between paychecks(either ‘PDF paychecks’ or ‘Paychecks’) is checked at a time(Same with advices). Is this the expected functionality?

Question 2: When I create an online paycheck for one of the employee in a run Id - it triggers (PYCHKUSA) and this in turn overrides the checkbox in wage statement page for the whole run Id.
I would not have run ‘Create PDF pacychecks’ for the whole run id instead created online paycheck for only one employee but this has checked ‘PDF paycheck’ box in the wage statement page .Is this the expected functionality of this newly delivered page?

Question 3:
Delivered in Tax Update 22-A however the documentation does not describe adequately the reason for this new page, and the impacts in the system?
