E-PIA: Delete Row 2 on Grid and User Gets Kicked Out (Doc ID 2848433.1)

Symptoms

When deleting row 2 of the second occurs level of the grid, user gets kicked out and app server process crash occurs. The error below is shown in the logs:

Replication Steps:
-----------------------
1. Go to Commitment Control > Close Budget > Define Closing Rule.
2. Add a new value, fill set ID and closing rule, then hit enter.
3. Select CloseFrom/To tab and Hit plus sign to add a new row.
4. Select View All.
5. Add a new row for the newly added "From/To Exceptions"
6. Delete row 2 and hit OK.
7. User gets kicked out.
