ELA: Migrated Lease Getting Created with Integration With Accounts Payable Checked

Symptoms
An AM leased asset has Payable Integration unchecked. It is migrated to use ASC 842. The lease that is created has 'Integration with Accounts Payable' checked. Expecting this check box to be unchecked as it was for the asset.
This issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Asset Management, Asset Transactions, Leased Asset, Express Add. Create an asset and uncheck the 'Payable Integration in the Payables Integrations tab.
2. Migrate this asset.
3. Review the new lease. Lease Administration, Payable Leases, Maintain Payables Lease, Financial Terms, click the Base Rent.
