Symptoms

Using PeopleTools version 8.59.05 customers are reporting issues in "PIA_WebLogic" log file located under "<PIA_HOME>/webserv/<Domain>/logs" and an error is being returned:

PeopleSoft environment was upgraded from from 8.57.14 to 8.59.05 and same version of database server was used.
