When Guided Self Service is Configured for Supervisor Change and Question is Hidden, Employees are Not Selected (Doc ID 2849015.1)

When Guided Self Service is configured for only Supervisor Change, and question is hidden, On selecting employee and clicking Continue , Employee are not selected and moving on to transaction page.
Employee should be selected and transaction page should be shown properly.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Hide questionnaire on the GSS for Update Team information.
2. Access the Team Tile from Home, Access Update Team information
3. Update Job details for Group
