Symptoms
PUM39 delivered BillingInterfaceExcelUpload template does not load into INTFC_BI_NOTE.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. The delivered BillingInterfaceExcelUpload excel template, that comes with the PUM39 download, does not load into the table PS_INTFC_BI_NOTE.
2. The XML file generated does not contain a section for <INTFC_BI_NOTE>.
