Symptoms

Error message pop-up when trying to run the Academic Advisement Report (AAR) for one specific student; process works as expected for other students. This one student with the issue has more than 10 degrees and the AAR report works for this student only after removing degree plans from the student on Records and Enrollment > Graduation > Student Degrees.

  1. Home > Academic Advisement > Request Advisement Report
  2. Select Add a new value
  3. Enter student EMPLID and report type ADV
  4. Select Process Request
