E-PN/WF: Alerts & Notifications Message not Updating the Status from 'Unread' to 'Read' when Reviewed (Doc ID 2849627.1)

Symptoms

The message status is not changed from "Unread" to "Read" after an alert/notification has been opened.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. On the "View Notification" page (Navigation: XXXX), click on an Alert.

2. Observe its status is still unread.
