Symptoms

The Candidate Gateway pages are allowing users to submit files that have special characters in the file name, such as a colon (:). This causes an error when trying to print the files.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On Manage Job Opening > Manage Application > Find an applicant with a “:” colon in the resume title.
2. Use the “Print” Link to print the application
3. Make sure “Resume Attachments” is selected and then generate the report
4. Error occurs
