Symptoms
Billing accounting entries get generated with Incomplete Project Chartfields
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Raise an Online Invoice.
2. Enter Project Line Information in the Billing Line with all the Chartfields available.
3. Enter Only Account and Project id in the Billing Line Distribution without which we cannot save the invoice
4. When accounting entries are getting created, Only the Project id is available and Activity id, Source Type, Category & Subcategory are not available.
5. This is expected to get inherited from Billing Line.
