ESOCIAL: S-2205 Event Error - Infocota Field Cannot Be Populated For Non-Employees. (Doc ID 2850134.1)

Changed intern's address and generate event S-2205.

Received the following error when submitting the event S-2205 to the government:

"Infocota Field Cannot Be Populated For Non-Employees."

This error happened  because in <infoDeficiencia> section, the <infoCota> tag is being generated for non-employees, like interns and directors without employment relationship (workers who have the S-2300 event instead of S-2200).
According to the eSocial 1.0,  <infoCota> tag should only be generated for employees who have S-2200 event.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Change the address for a non-employee on Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Biographical.
2. Run the eSocial Non Periodic Event, S-2205 event on Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Absence and Payroll Processing > Reports > eSocial BRA > eSocial Non Periodic Event.
