E-WF/AWE: Approval Emails Return a "501 5.1.7 Invalid address" Error in PeopleTools 8.58

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After upgrading to PeopleTools (PT) 8.58.14, Approval Emails contained the following error.
501 5.1.7 Invalid address
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the FSCM Online Application as an Expenses User.
2. Create a new Expense Report, or Cash Advance, and submit it for approval.
3. Check Approver's email inbox to see no emails received.
4. Check SMTP log and see "Invalid address" error.
