Symptoms
The hyperlinks like the Billing plan, Revenue plan on the Customer Contracts > Create and Amend > General Information page is not available for users with display only access.
REPLICATION STEPS
-----------------------
1. Setup user security to have read-only access for customer contracts (PeopleTools> Security> User Profiles> User Profiles).
2. Log in as a user and goto Customer Contracts > Create and Amend > General Information, hyperlinks for "Billing Plan" and "Revenue Plan" is not accessible (greyed).
