External Education (SAD_EXT_EDUCATION) Page Error 'Invalid Date (180, 112)' When Removing or Blanking Out 'From Date' or 'To Date' Field Values (Doc ID 2851097.1)

When attempting to remove/blank out the value in the From Date or To Date fields, on the External Education(SAD_EXT_EDUCATION) page, the following error displays on the page.

The name of the field, referenced after the 'Invalid Date (180, 112)' part of the error, will indicate which field was removed - e.g. EXT_ACAD_DATA.TO_DT in the example above. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Records and Enrollments > Transfer Credit Evaluation > External Education.
2. Search and open for any existing ID.
3. If not already populated, put in values for To Date and From Date in the Career section and save.
4. Blank out or remove the value of To Date or From Date and save -- error is shown on the page.
