Import Federal Data Files Runs to No Success With 'PeopleCode compile error (Field FUNCLIB_FA_ISIR.ISIR_2023_PC not defined. (2,17)' in FA_INBOUND Log File (Doc ID 2851333.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run Import Federal Data Files (FA_INBOUND Application Engine), the process ends in 'No Success', with the following error shown in the .stdout file:

 The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Financial Aid > File Management > Import Federal Data Files > FA Inbound and run the process.
  2. Click Process Monitor and note when process ends in 'No Success'.
  3. Click Details, then the link in the lower right that says 'View Log/Trace', then the .stdout file in the file list section, and note the error displayed.
