E-UPD: Is There an Internal URL For Downloading PeopleSoft Patches That Can Be Used by OCI? (Doc ID 2851452.1)

Goal

Currently PeopleSoft patches are downloaded from My Oracle Support, which uses a public URL.  This can be time consuming as the download is performed from the internet and then brought into OCI.  Is there an internal URL that can be used inside OCI that will speed up download times for PeopleSoft patches?
