Symptoms
The classic maintain time report data page (TL_EMPL_DATA1) previously allowed the load of both the For Taskgroup (DERIVED_TL_CP_COMMIT_ACCTG_FLG) AND For Department (DERIVED_TL_CP_USE_DISTRIBUTION).
Now when load the fluid Manage Time Report Data page (TL_EMPDATA_M_FL) is loaded it only allows for a single indicator of For Taskgroup (DERIVED_TL_CP_COMMIT_ACCTG_FLG) OR For Department (DERIVED_TL_CP_USE_DISTRIBUTION), which is creating a conflict with our current configuration and throwing this error below.
Error MsgGet(13500, 1703):
A non-Commitment Accounting Taskgroup must be selected as of Effective Date: 2022-02-07.
The Time Reporter works in a Department which is not set up for Commitment Accounting. In this situation, a non-Commitment Accounting Taskgroup must be selected for the Time Reporter.
Steps to Recreate:
Steps to replicate in Classic:
Navigation: Time and Labor > Enroll Time Reporter > Maintain Time Reporter Data.
1. Add a new row with new effective data
2. Taskgroup is equal to a Taskgroup with Commitment Accounting
3. Both Commitment Accounting Flag and Use Distribution Flags are checked.
4. Saves successfully
Steps to replicate in Fluid page:
Navigation:
Select Workforce Administrator form the drop down Menu and select Time and Labor Tile or Select Time and Labor tile to open the landing page with Manage Time Reporter Data tile.
1. Add a new row with new effective data
2. Taskgroup is equal to a Taskgroup with Commitment Accounting
3. Either Commitment Accounting Flag OR Use Distribution Flags are checked.
4. Throws Error Msg (13500,1703)
Business Impact:
Due to issue, this causes configuration that’s been in place in prior releases to now error.
