EPY: Online Check Does Not Delete SRC_BANK_STG Data Once the Check/Cheque Is Confirmed.

Symptoms
The Table SRC_BANK_STG is not getting cleared out for checks created via the Online Check process.
Once the check is completed, the SRC_BANK_STG data should be removed.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Demo, navigate to: Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Create Online Checks > Create Online Check
2. Create an online check for the Employee (I used DEMO employee KU0009 from Sample Data)
3. After the confirmation completes, the SRC_BANK_STG table still has all the details.
