Symptoms
The Organization Chat isn't displaying the manager of an employee if the manager job is located on a secondary job vs. primary job.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using an employee for signing in
2. Click Org Chart Tile
3. Note that Manager doesn't display.
