Review Credit History Report Shows Past Due Charges For a Student Whose Account Balance is Zero (Doc ID 2852455.1)

Symptoms

The credit history report shows one student as past due with charges.  The student account is fully paid.  There are no data integrity errors on the student account, based on the Table Validation report.  Credit item types applied to the all charges prior to the due date; the student should not appear on Credit History.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Student Financials, Collections, Credit History, Process Credit History;
  2. Select a run control;
  3. Click 'One Id' in the Select Option Group box;
  4. Populate the Aging Set, and the emplid experiencing this issue;
  5. Submit the process to the process scheduler;
  6. Navigate to Student Financials, Collections, Credit History, Review Credit History;
  7. Select the emplid;
  8. Confirm the student has aged amounts on the page;
  9. Navigate to Student Financials, View Customer Accounts;
  10. Select the emplid;
  11. Confirm the student overall account balance is $0.00.
