Symptoms

Forward Applicant error in Manage Job Openings page when the resume title has special characters.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
--------------------------------
1. Self Service > Recruiting > Careers > Apply job opening > Attach resume with special characters (*) in resume title
2. Recruiting > Search Job opening > Click on Other actions > select forward applicant
