Symptoms
User gets the error/warning message below when retiring an asset in Asset Management.

Steps to replicate:
1. Navigate to Asset Management > Asset Transactions > Asset Disposal > Retire/Reinstate Asset.
Note that in this scenario, the user is using retirement code when retiring the asset.
2. Retire an Asset.
