Cloned copy of Accept Offer and Decline Offer activity guides when used in Fluid Applicant SS Setup produces the following error when Activity Guide is run.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Navigate to Campus Community > Task Management Work Center
2. Click Activity Guide Templates under Setup Tasks > Activity Guide
3. Clone existing Accept Offer and Decline Offer Activity Guides
4. Name the cloned copy as "Accept Offer NOW" and "Decline Offer NOW"
5. Go to Fluid Applicant SS Setup
6. Use the cloned Activity Guide for Accept Offer and Decline Offer.
7. Login as student
8. Click Change Offer Response if offer has already been accepted and change is allowed. Else, click Accept or Decline button.
9. Click Yes
10. Click Confirm -- error is returned.
