Symptoms

Upgrade change package is generating warnings when going through ADS projects ADS27189535, ADS26614121, and ADS28561913. These are brought in when applying changes from bugs 27189535, 26614121, and 28561913. The warnings look like the following:

Message Set Number: 257
Message Number: 983
Message Reason: Warning: EOPC_SECTION ( EOPCMAIN_ID = HMD0000017 ) instance not copied, not found on source database. (257,983)
Warning: EOPC_SECTION ( EOPCMAIN_ID = HMD0000333 ) instance not copied, not found on source database. (257,983)



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Change Assistant job that contains changes from bugs 27189535, 26614121, and 28561913. The source PUM image should be PUM 39+.
