Update Program Action Reason Page Not Triggering Communication when Action Reason is Updated in Bulk (Doc ID 2852919.1)

Symptoms

When the action reason is updated in bulk from the navigation: Main Menu - Student Admissions - Processing Applications - Update Applications - Update Program Action Reason, applications get updated but communication is not assigned on communication management page.


After running program action reason via CSV external file load, Communication should be assigned to the ID when navigated to Main Menu - Campus Community - Communications - Communication Management.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Main Menu > Student Admissions > Application Entry > Add Application
2. Main Menu > Student Admissions > Processing Applications > Update Program Action/ Reason
4. Run 3C Engine.
5. Main Menu > Student Admissions >Application Maintenance >Maintain Applications
