Symptoms
The emails sent acknowledge receipt or withdrawal of consent to receive the ACA 1095-C Forms electronically and to notify employees of availability of those electronic Forms are in plain text format and are not affected by HTML tags embedded in the text.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Modify the EM1095 Text ID by using HTML tags for formatting (Navigation: Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > Text Catalog and Notepad > Maintain Text Catalog).
2. Create the ACA 1095-C Forms (Navigation: Benefits > ACA Annual Processing > Transmittal and Forms > Create ACA XML Files).
3. Notify employees of the availability of electronic 1095-C Forms (Navigation: Benefits > ACA Annual Processing > ACA Preparation > ACA Form Options).
4. Check the body of the emails sent to the employees.
