Clicking Service Indicator Icon Opens A New Browser Window Instead of Service Indicator Summary Page After Applying PUM 24 (Doc ID 2853139.1)

Clicking on the Service Indicator Icon does not open the Service Indicator Summary page after applying Campus Solutions 9.2 PUM 24.  Instead of the Service Indicator Summary page opening, a new browser window opens, with a search dialog for the component ACTIVE_SRVC_INDICA.  If Carry Id is checked on at Set Up SACR > User Defaults > User Defaults4 tab, the search dialog box requires the user to  re-enter the emplid  If Carry ID is checked on, the Enter key must be clicked to move to the Service Indicator Summary page.

Prior to applying PUM 24, clicking on the Service Indicator icon would open the Service Indicator Summary modal page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.   Navigate to Campus Community, Personal Information, Add/Update A Person;
2.   Select a student with a negative or positive service indicator;
3.   Click on the service indicator icon.
4.   Note a new browser window / tab opens with a search dialog box

Changes

Maintenance from PUM 24 has recently been applied.
