EC/EOEN: How to Set the Sort Order On Consolidated Emails when Running the EOEN Alert Notification Process? (Doc ID 2853340.1)

When running the EOEN_ALERT notification process, with Consolidated Email set to enabled, emails do not come out in the same order that the query is sorted. Even changing the sort order in the query definition is not reflected in the notification email. Is there a way to sort the results so that it matches the email?

Below are steps to replicate the default behavior:

1. Create a new query definition by using the Query Manager. Navigate to Reporting Tools > Query > Query Manager.
2. Click the 'View SQL' tab, and check the SQL for correctness.
3. Run the query by clicking the 'Run' tab, and note the order of the result.
4. Run the EOEN_ALERT process.
5. Check the order of the resulting alert notification emails, and observe that they are not in the desired order.
