Symptoms
When attempting to Register employee contracts in the State Public Employment Service (Servicio Público de Empleo Estatal - SEPE) it is returning the following error when the files are sent with a Name that exceeds the 15 character limit:
Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Navigate to Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Biographical > Modify a Person : Change the First, Last and Second Last Name for an Employee
First Name: should exceed 15 characters
Second and Last Name: should exceed 20 characters
2. Navigate to Workforce Administration > Workforce Reports > Print Contrata XML File ESP: Enter From/To Data and select the employee which has been updated at Step 1
3. Run the Process
4. Verify that the XML File only shows the first 15 characters for First Name and the first 20 characters for Last Name and Second Last Name.
