EPY: Garnishment Not Extracted With Non-tax Deductions Extract (Doc ID 2853401.1)

The Non-Tax Deductions Extract (PYAP_XDEDNCA) did not extract a garnishment. The garnishment amount was manually updated on the paysheet. Previous garnishments for this employee and vendor were successfully extracted and sent to Accounts Payable.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

1. Set up the Garnishment for processing.
     Navigation: Payroll for North America > Employee Pay Data USA > Deductions > Create Garnishments > Garnishment Spec Data 1
2.  Manually change the amount on the paysheet for the garnishment.
     Navigation: Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Update Paysheets > By Payline > Payline
3.  Confirm the Payroll.
     Navigation: Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Produce Payroll > Confirm Payroll > Confirm Payroll
4.  Run GL interface processing.
     PAYGL01A if Non-commitment accounting with PeopleSoft GL Interface.
     PAYGL02A if Commitment accounting with PeopleSoft GL Interface.
5.  Run the Non-Tax Deductions Extract.
     Navigation: Payroll for North America > Payroll Distribution > Accounts Payable Information > Non-Tax Deductions Extract > Non-Tax Deductions Extract
