EC/EOEN: EOEN_ALERT Process Sends Alert Notification Emails Only to the First Recipient When 'Consolidate Email' Option is Enabled (Doc ID 2853641.1)

Symptoms

When the "Consolidate Email" checkbox is checked or enabled on the Alert Definitions page, EOEN_Alert generates email notifications only for the first recipient in the list of email recipients.

The issue can be reproduced by the following steps:

1. Navigate to Enterprise Components > Events & Notifications > Alerts > Alert Definition
2. In the Alert Attributes section, enable the 'Consolidate Email' checkbox and save.
3. Run the alert process via Enterprise Components > Events & Notifications > Run Alerts
4. Only the first recipient in the userlist receives the email
