On Tax Declaration IND Page, the approved amount & verification checkbox gets removed from all sections while changing any amount for other sections.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step 1: Selected the user who has approved amount in all the sections, i.e., 80CCC, 80C, 80C- others, Other Income, Previous Salary in ESS--> Payroll & Compensation-->Tax Declaration IND Screen.
Step 2: Through ESS, while updating the amount in any section expect 80CCC, approve gets removed from 80C- Others, Other income and Previous Salary.
Step 3: If Users updates amount in 80C section in ESS--> Payroll & Compensation-->Tax Declaration IND then, approved amount remains there but Other approved from Other sections as mentioned above gets removed.
