Symptoms

Purchase Order Page Misspelling on the PO Header Requisition Page Word 'Requisition' Showing up in the Header as 'Requisistion'

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Navigation: Menu > Purchasing > Purchase Orders > Add/Update POs. Go to Requisition link
2. PO Header Requisition page with misspelling word 'Requisistion'.
