Setting customer contact to inactive in Collections Workbench causes error and users gets logged off from online page.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) User accesses customer contacts via Accounts Receivable - Collections Workbench - Conversations (tab) - Update Contacts
2) Select a contact, set status to 'Inactive'
3) Click on Apply, Yes (to modal), OK
