Symptoms
After upgrading to image 40 a performance issue was noted in FS_CEBD where it was taking 4 times longer to run than prior to image 40.
Steps
1) Make changes to Combo Edit (Use any of the setup options under Setup Financial/Supply Chain -> Common Definitions -> Design Chartfields -> Combination Editing)
2) Run Build Combo Edit (Setup Financial/Supply Chain -> Common Definitions -> Design Chartfields -> Combination Editing -> Build Combination Data)
