Symptoms


Changes to the Address Type ("Bill To Address" and "Invoice Address") are not saved in the Bidding Profile page.

NOTE: The following User Details / Company Names / Addresses / Emails / Telephone Numbers / Etc. are fictitious (based upon made-up data used in the Oracle DEMO Environments), any similarity to actual persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental and not intended in any manner.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
       1. Login SUPPLIER portal
       2. Click User Registration tile > Click Register Now button of Bidder Id
       3. Login VP2
       4. Click Approval Tile, select Bidder Registration and Click Approve
       5. Navigate : Suppliers > Supplier Registration > View Registration History
              Note down the Bidder ID
       6. Navigate : Sourcing > Sourcing Administration > Maintain Bidder > Update Bidder Profile
       7. Open Bidder
       8. Click Addresses
       9. Click Add a New Address
       10. Enter Address Details
       11. Save
       11. Open the Bidder Profile again
       12. Click Addresses tab
       13. Select the 2nd Address
       14. Uncheck “Bill To Address” and “Invoice Address”
       15. Save
       16. Open the Bidder Profile again
       17. Click Addresses tab
       18. Select the 2nd Address
       Issue : “Bill To Address” and “Invoice Address” are checked
