When attempting to assign Activity Guide to students or add a run control record, the following error occurs.

Error Message:
PeopleCode compile error (bCreateMLInstances is not a property of class PTAI_ACTION_ITEMS:List. (2,50) ^ ) for program SCC_TM_TASK_MGMT.COMPONENTS.SCC_TM_BAT_CREATE.OnExecute. (2,405)


Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Navigate to Campus Community > Task Management Work Centre > Assign Task
2. Add a Run Control -- error is shown
