Symptoms

When we are running archival process PSARCHIVE, the following failure occurred:


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Main Menu -> PeopleTools -> Data Archive Manager -> Archive Data To History
2. Run the Archive process
2. Check the process results in Process Monitor
