Unable to create Copy D—For Employer form using W2C process in PeopleSoft

We reviewed the W2c forms generated in PeopleSoft and compared them to the forms from IRS site and noticed that the “Copy D-For Employer” form was not included in the PeopleSoft W2c PDF documents.

The IRS instructs the employer to keep Copy D forms on file for four years, so we’d want to ensure we can generate this W2c form for compliance with recordkeeping requirements.

Is there a way to produce Copy D of the W2c in PeopleSoft?
