Symptoms

When Permission List Level Security is enabled at the Business Unit secured field level, a fatal SQL error displays when Edit Filter is used to add or change a business unit in the CA_RATE filter in the Grants WorkCenter.

A fatal PeopleCode SQL error occurred. Please consult your system log for details.
SQL error in Exec. (2,280) FS_FILTER_BUILDER.Configuration.Values.OnExecute Name:DoSaveEdit PCPC:27055 Statement:420
Called from:FSFB_FILTER_VALUES.GBL.FSFB_FLTRVALS.SaveEdit Statement:2
During the execution of SQL, an error occurred in the Exec subroutine. The preceding message should have described the SQL being executed.


Replication Steps
-----------------------
1. Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Security > Security Options and enable Permission List Level Security for Business Unit.
2. Navigate to Grants > Grants WorkCenter. Select “Edit Filters” and then, drilldown to edit the “Contract Lines Missing Rate Set/Plan” filter under Group Label “Pre Process Exceptions”.
3. Edit filter values by adding a PC Business Unit. Then, click “Apply”.
4. The system displays a fatal SQL error.
