Symptoms

For employees that are Hired/Rehired with multiple jobs on the same Effective Date, when running the Online Confirmation Statement process (BAS_CONFSTMT), multiple Confirmation Statements are generated and emailed to these employees.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Hire an employee with multiple jobs (Example: Empl Record 0 and 1) with the same Effective Date. (Navigation: Workforce Administration> Job Information> Job Data)
2. Schedule/Prepare Hire Event for Empl Record 0 the Empl Record 1. (Navigation: Workforce Administrator> Benefits Administrator> Benefits Management> On Demand Event Maintenance)
3. Employee makes Enrollment Elections and Submits Enrollment.
4. Validate/Finalize the employees elections (Navigation: Workforce Administrator> Benefits Administrator> Benefits Management> On Demand Event Maintenance)
5. Run the Online Confirmation Statement process (BAS_CONFSTMT) (Navigation: Workforce Administrator> Benefits Administrator> Benefits Management tab> Online Confirmation Statements)
6. Multiple Confirmation Statements are are emailed to employees with multiple jobs.
