Symptoms

When selecting 'Use Only Assigned Catalogs' in the Requester, items are not shown in the Fluid Requisition.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
       1. Navigate : Tree Manager > Tree Manager
              Create new tree "TST"
              Add categories to the Tree
              Select Dynamic Flag to include all the items of the category.
       2. Navigate : Setup Financials/Supply Chain > Product Related > Procurement Options > Requester Setup > Requester
              Select the Requester
              Use Only Assigned Catalogs
              Add the Tree "TST" in the Catalog Information
       3. eProcurement > Administer Procurement > Maintain OverAll System Options > eProcurement Installation Options
              Enable Search Engine
              Enable Non Dynamic Range
              Save
       4. Navigate : PeopleTools > Search Framework > Administration > Schedule Search Indexes
              Run Index process for items
       5. Navigate eProcurement Tile > Create Requisition Tile
       6. Expand Catalog "TST"
       7. Click the Category
       Issue : Items are not displayed
