Message Catalog 18032, 211 Message Text Contains an Ampersand After Applying PUM 24 (Doc ID 2856662.1)

Symptoms

The Message Text for Message Catalog entry contains an ampersand for message set/message number 18032, 211.  The message description is now Phone Num&bers, instead of Phone Numbers. 

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to People Tools > Utilities > Administration >Message Catalog;
  2. Select Message Set Number 18032;
  3. Click the Find link;
  4. Enter Message Number 211;
  5. Note the Message Text is 'Phone Num&bers'.

Changes

 The issue occurs after applying fixes from CS 9.2 PUM Image 24.
