Symptoms
Sealed Event checkbox not copied over when user copied from Template with Copy Method : Append

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate : Sourcing > Create Events > Maintain Event Templates
Enter BU : US001
Select Template ID : HARDWARE
Click Event Settings and Options
Check Sealed Event
Save
2. Navigate : Sourcing > Create Events > Create Event Details
Enter BU : US001
Click Add
Enter Event Name and Description
Select Copy From : Sourcing Template
Click Go
Select Copy Method : Append
Select HARDWARE Template
Click Select All to copy all the items
Select Event Settings and Options in the dropdown list and Click Go
Issue : Sealed Event is not checked
