E-PRCS: Output Files Generated Twice and Shared Across 2 Content ID's or Report ID's (Doc ID 2858061.1)

Symptoms

Running a process has generated the output files twice and shared across 2 Content ID's or Report ID's generated by the process. A output or data file can be seen from process details link under process monitor and same file can be seen from the report manager as well(see below for 4th and 5th point)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. PeopleTools > Process Scheduler > System Process Request.

2. Add a new Run Control

3. Run a Process

4. Look at the files in process monitor process details link.

5. Navigate to report manager and search with the process instance.
